Vendor Registration is due by Friday June 10, 2016 at 3:00pm
Cost per booth is $25.00. Cash will be accepted the day of the Event. No Checks. Payments are Non-Refundable.
Vendor booths must be set up, staffed, and ready to operate by 2pm. We are requesting that booths remain open until 7:30pm.
Vendors should supply their own Table and 2 chairs as well as a Table Cover. A Tent is also recommended. Electricity is limited.
Vendors are responsible for tearing down and cleaning their booth area by 8:30pm
Only one organization or vendor allowed per booth space. All vendors must conduct business in their designated booth area only. Non-booth holders may NOT distribute merchandise of any kind.
The event committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal, or considered offensive to others.
The Praise in the Park Committee and/or Sponsors are unable to accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items, or for any damages to equipment.
